Manish established M/S Manish as a sole proprietorship — the group's first company — winning its inaugural PMGSY rural road contract worth ₹3 Cr in Shahjahanpur district.
Manufacturing Entry
Nilam Trading Co. established
Recognising the need for reliable pipe supply in construction projects, the group launched Nilam Trading Co. to manufacture and supply industrial-grade pipes.
NHAI Milestone
First national highway project
M/S Manish was awarded its first NHAI contract — a ₹12 Cr highway widening project — marking the group's entry into national-level infrastructure work.
Mining Begins
Rampyari Stone Works launched
The group secured its first stone quarrying lease in UP, establishing Rampyari Stone Works to supply crushed stone and aggregate to road and infrastructure projects.
Corporate Expansion
Navartan & Praveen Engicon Pvt. Ltd. incorporated
The flagship private limited company was incorporated to handle large-scale civil construction — bridges, flyovers, culverts and institutional buildings — with Samir Kumar joining as Director.
Minerals & Deep Mining
Oremax Mines & Minerals Pvt. Ltd. formed
Oremax was incorporated to expand the group's mining operations into mineral extraction, securing a dual-category government lease covering stone and mineral resources.
Hospitality Chapter
Aangan Restaurant opens
Aangan Restaurant marked the group's first venture into hospitality — offering premium regional cuisine and a warm dining experience to the local community.
